Hi Carolyn,
. I would also like to say thank you for your lovely blog, I am enjoying reading it (my first ever) and will be on here quite a lot once I start this diet.
I was wondering if you would be putting anymore daily diet sheets up? I would like to use them to help me sort my menu’s and to give me ideas. I will be starting the rationing diet next week and like to get organised haha well try
Congrats on your weight loss so far

Yes forgive me.. I have several things to update on the blog which I’ll be working on this week and I’ll update that page too. I’m putting together a book too and that will contain a weeks worth of examples to help anyone who wishes to give this a go…
I’m so pleased you stopped by and are reading this

Hi Carolyn,
Thanx for the reply, I started the 1940s diet a couple of days ago, sadly not done to well. But I am off work this weekend and I am determined to get organised, so am making a pie and a few cakes (love to have a pud after my meals) and also getting rations organised so I know what’s what and how much I will have left for the week. O and I may even do a little freezer cooking too (as I work odd hours don’t always have time to cook fresh. I am looking forward to seeing the weeks worth of diet sheets and reading the book too. This diet for me is to hopefully help me with my intolerance to many processed foods and some others too, if it helps me feel better and stops me aching and feeling generally low, then I am all for it.
Well done on your weight loss this week, you look so happy and healthier now, it really helps to motivate me
BC
Hi xxxx
Everytime I’ve done it 100% those first couple of weeks are quite difficult simply because it was a huge way of adjusting my eating habits (for me) and also the fact that cooking from scratch took so damn long! BUT you eventually find your groove and it becomes a lot easier.. I’m looking forward to hearing more about your journey and what recipes you end up cooking! C xxxxxxxxxx
